First Christian Church offers a multitude opportunities to grow in spirituality, faith, outreach, study, and fellowship. Weekly worship, Sunday school for adults, youth and children, Bible study, fellowship hour after Sunday worship, and community service are a few. We also participate in activities in our Regional Church (Central and Southern California) and General Church. As we near completion of a new building and playground, we are excited to provide more opportunities for youth events and other growing needs of our church and community. We've just started our new landscaping project! FCCL is making the grounds around our church far more eco-friendly and more beautiful. We're also landscaping our back yard and installing a lovely playground for the kids of our congregation and community. Soon we will be developing new and greater children's programming and reaching out to Lompoc families looking for a church where their children can really come to know Jesus Christ. "Spirit in the Old Testament" meets Thursdays at 7:00 p.m. and Saturdays at 1:00 p.m.: We study passages from the first few books of the bible, seeking the thread of the Holy Spirit throughout. Meets at the Parsonage. Call or email for the address. All are welcome!
